NIKE JOYRIDE

Nike JOYRIDE Global Launch took place in July 2019 in Seoul, Korea. With total of 10 VIPs & 60 Press members attending, Nike launched JOYRIDE required transportation among three different locations. An on-site team of two from Be My Concierge travelled to all locations three days prior to the event to aid in the successful execution of ground transportation. Be My Concierge also assisted the Nike Events team for all pre-rehearsals, inspection and safety checks of the event. Through meticulous preparation and adaptability, the transportation coordinator expertly directed over 98 Airport Transfers, countless inter-location travels of 6 Full Size Executive Coaches, and 2 Mercedes Sprinters.

The team received glowing feedback from the project manager who stated it was “one of the smoothest and on-point event transportation that they have ever seen.”

Zürich, Meets Seoul

The 7-days festival organized in collaboration between Embassy of Switzerland and Seoul Metropolitan Government, “Zürich, Meets Seoul: A Festival of Two Cities” was spread out throughout numerous locations across Seoul city with different themes on architecture, film, arts, culture, food, coffee, music, and block chain technology. With total of 25 locations and 60 VIPs from Switzerland, Be My Concierge aided the event by providing seamless transportation throughout the different locations.

An on-site team from Be My Concierge was dispatched to execute location pre-visit and confirm suggested routes and pickup/ drop off points. The team directed shuttle buses for inter-location transportation for guests, private sedans and MPVs for VIP protocol.

The team received positive feedback throughout the event with a representative from a governmental department praising the chauffeurs “impeccable punctuality” and coordinating staff’s “control over the event.”

The “Zürich, Meets” series began in 2014 in New York, 2016 London, 2017 Hong Kong, and 2018 San Francisco. Zurich, Meets Seoul was 5th of the series to provide a week of exchange between two cities.

Directors and mangers from Zaha Hadid Studio, Tecno, Zanotta, Artemide, and Humanscale were one of many VIPs that joined the launch event.

Be My Concierge handled VIP transportation for all guest for 4 days, and organized a shuttle service for over 150+ people on the day of the launch event.

The team received well-earned feedback from VIPs who thanked the Be My Concierge staff and drivers for their “exceptional” and “well mannered” services.
